The Role

We’re hiring a Garden Crew Member to support our garden maintenance routes and specialty plant care work.
This is a hands-on, entry-to-mid-level position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, appreciates detailed work, and takes pride in leaving a property looking sharp and well cared for.
You will work under the direction of a Garden Crew Leader and contribute to the quality, pace, and professionalism of each job site.

What You’ll Do

Garden & Plant Care
● Perform detailed weeding and bed maintenance
● Prune shrubs and perennials following training and direction
● Deadhead and maintain plant presentation
● Assist with mulch installation and maintain clean bed edges
● Help identify visible plant stress or irrigation concerns and report to Crew Leader
● Rake and blow debris; keep patios, walkways, and drive areas clean
Field Support
● Follow daily instructions from Crew Leader
● Maintain steady pace and productivity throughout the day
● Assist with loading/unloading tools and materials
● Keep trucks and equipment organized
● Help maintain professional property presentation
Professional Conduct
● Represent TerraVita professionally on-site
● Be respectful of clients and their property
● Maintain strong attendance and punctuality
● Communicate clearly with team members

What We’re Looking For

● 1+ year of garden or landscape maintenance experience preferred (willing to train the right
candidate)
● Willingness to learn plant care and pruning techniques
● Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
● Ability to work outdoors in Idaho weather conditions
● Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing repetitive outdoor tasks
● Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
● Valid driver’s license preferred

Pay & Schedule

● Pay: $18–$22/hour DOE
● Seasonal position with potential for recurring annual employment
● Full-time hours during peak season
● Schedule may shift based on weather and workload

Safety & Professional Standards

● PPE is required. Safety is non-negotiable.
● No chemical application unless licensed and specifically authorized.
● All crew members are expected to follow TerraVita safety policies and field standards.
