The Role
We’re hiring a Mow Supervisor (Mid Level) to lead mowing crews, manage daily dispatch, and maintain high standards for turf quality, safety, and route efficiency. This is a seasonal role, with potential for full-time hours during peak mowing season.
What You’ll Do
- Dispatch crews daily and close out routes with accurate logs
- Optimize route efficiency and ensure schedule completion
- Conduct site audits and coach crews on quality (cut height, edging, blow-off, gates)
- Train team members on safe equipment use and mowing standards
- Coordinate maintenance/repairs and ensure equipment is clean, fueled, and stored
- Lead weekly safety/tailgate talks and enforce PPE and vehicle policies
- Communicate client concerns and weather-related schedule changes to the office
What We’re Looking For
- Prior mowing leadership experience is helpful (crew lead, foreman, supervisor)
- Strong safety mindset and ability to enforce standards
- Good communication, problem-solving, and time management
- Comfortable working outdoors in Idaho seasonal conditions
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $22-25/hour DOE
- Seasonal role; hours may vary based on weather and route volume
- May be full time during peak season
